Hey there, I’m Lane Logan, a Registered Dietitian and fitness coach here in Chicago, and the heart behind Live Limitless Nutrition. I help people reconnect with food, movement, and their bodies in ways that feel good, not forced.

My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) and the belief that health isn’t defined by a number, a size, or a set of rules. You deserve care that’s compassionate, evidence-based, and free from judgment. Together, we focus on nourishment, strength, and self-trust. Not restriction or perfection.

With years of experience in both nutrition and fitness coaching, I bring the science and the passion to every session. Whether you’re rebuilding your relationship with food, learning to lift for joy, or simply looking to feel more at home in your body, I’m here to support you with empathy, curiosity, and zero shame.

    1 hour Initial Nutrition Session

    The 1 hour initial nutrition session allows the dietitian to get to know your past, present, and future goals and come up with a game plan for future session

    Who is this for? - Nutrition session are for everyone: Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating Patterns, Chronic disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, Diabetes type 1 & 2, etc), Gut health, Sports nutrition, and more

    Most major insurance is accepted

    1 Hour Nutrition follow up session

    The 1 hour follow up session is for any client who has already completed their initial session. These session dive deeper into nutrition education, medical nutrition therapy, and set sustainable short and long term goals to drive real results.

    Shorter session times also offered upon request if needed.

    In- person or virtual Personal Training

    Personal training is offered as an In-Person or Online service. With Lane’s background, he offers a unique approach to personal training. Whether you are just starting your movement journey or are an elite level athlete Lane will meet you where you are at and provide a fun and caring approach.

    If you have ever felt fearful to step into the gym, Lane will help you conquer it and guide you every step of the way.

    2 in 1 Nutrition + Personal Training Session

    This service combines both nutrition and personal training sessions. This option is for those that want the most out of our services. Combining food and movement is the ultimate way to reach your goals.

    If you want a well rounded approach to your future goals, Lane recommends doing both.

    Insurance is only accepted for Nutrition - Personal Training is self pay

    Personalized 4 week meal plan

    4 WEEK MEAL PLAN: This plan includes a 4 week daily meal plan using the foods you already consume most frequently/foods you like. This plan considers your body composition, fitness levels, and overall goals. Lane will provide a breakdown of energy needs and macronutrients for each individual.

    Note: THIS IS UPON REQUEST ONLY, LANE TAKES INTO CONSIDERATION EVERY INDIVIDUALS HISTORY AND MAY DENY YOUR REQUEST.

    Personalized 4 week training program

    This plan is for anyone seeking a personalized training plan based upon your individual goals. This plan includes 1 month of personalized workouts - plans vary depending upon fitness levels and choice of sport.

    This does NOT include personal training sessions.

    Semi-Personal Training (Group)

    This is a 4 on 1 style. Up to 4 athletes with 1 coach that will be assisting the group. All programs are individualized to target your goals and needs. This is great for all levels and gives you an opportunity to recieve a personalized program, that is self guided with the coaches presence. The coach will be there to aid in any questions and help with technique and form.

    These sessions will take place at Chicago Strength Avondale on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am - Only 4 spaces available
